The Book

Il personaggio della nostra storia si chiama Marco. Naturalmente si tratta di un nome fittizio, poiché lui stesso, dopo avermi confidato la curiosa avventura che gli capitò diversi anni or sono, mi fece giurare di non rivelare mai il suo vero nome. Cosa comprensibile, visto che gli eventi di cui fu protagonista sembrano talmente assurdi che io stesso, pur avvezzo a storie del genere, ancora oggi stento a credere che siano realmente accaduti.
Eppure il nostro personaggio è persona di comprovata fede e serietà. Conosciuto e stimato nel suo campo professionale che, per una curiosa serie di coincidenze, quella mattina di circa dieci anni fa si trovò a vivere una vicenda letteralmente ai confini della realtà.
